Our stay at Swing Bridge house was excellent! Leading up to our trip, Vince was very informative and quick to respond to any questions which was much appreciated. The property itself is beautiful and well maintained. Nice, comfortable furniture and a big table for gathering with our family. What impressed us most was all the quality items in the kitchen - hexclad pots and pans, glassware and everything we needed to cook. There isn't a grill due to regulations with the community, but that wasn't an issue. Our kids loved the hot tub, it provided lots of entertainment even on the rainy days! This was our first time exploring Saugatuck/Douglas and we can't wait to get back. All the recommendations given by Vince were on point and much appreciated. Do not hesitate to rent this place!

Our stay was excellent! The host was extremely attentive and always responded quickly to our messages. The house was spotless, very clean, organized, and exactly as described in the listing. The location was also great, close to everything we needed. We felt very welcome and would definitely come back in the future. I highly recommend this place!

Everything was great from the communication prior to our arrival to explaining anything required before we left. The house was beautiful and comfortable. The house had everything you could possibly need. The porch and hot tub were a nice addition to what we were looking for. You could see the sunrise and sunset from his house. The lake was beautiful and the walk across the street to the art gallery or the 5 minute walk to downtown Douglas were perfect! The 5 minute drive (15 min walk) to Saugatuck was so nice to have right there in addition to Douglas. Being able to walk 5 minutes to Everyday People Cafe for dinner or Borrowed Time for a nice glass of wine were such a plus!! Anytime we had questions about anything we received a response in no time at all!! Will definitely return!

The airbnb was very thoughtfully stocked and spotlessly clean. The home is located in a wonderful and quiet neighborhood within easy travel to Grand Haven and area restaurants and attractions. Our host communicated flawlessly during the entire booking and stay. We highly recommend this host but especially this home!

Vince’s condo was excellent — new, clean, open floor plan, views of the water, and so close to downtown Saugatuck and Douglas. We were originally at a different rental home for a girls trip, but that home lost power and running water while we were there so we had to quickly find a new place to stay. Vince immediately responded to my message, and shortly after, we were checking in. His condo ended up being so much better than the original place we were staying. Thank you so much Vince, we will be back again!

The place is so beautiful inside - completely ready for social media posts.
The location was amazing - and having a cart with all the beach stuff right there - it was just a 2 minute walk to the Gulf.
While there was some construction going on because of the hurricane repairs - it was not inconvenient AT ALL ….
We LOVED our experience and seriously did not want to leave!

This is a charming, cozy beach house! We booked this for a family trip for Thanksgiving, based on the photos of the large kitchen/ number of rooms & bathrooms/ and the hot tub. All of those were terrific, and the house was great! Located in a quiet neighborhood, the private backyard was peaceful. (It would be fantastic in the summer for sure!) This was very close to shopping, grocery, restaurants, outdoor activities, and more. Vince was extremely helpful with communication. The hot tub was one of the best maintained hot tubs at any Airbnb we've stayed at all. Our family members all commented the beds were comfortable. Would definitely book this house again!
