The condo was absolutely beautiful! Everything that we needed was right at our fingertips. The pool was gorgeous and water very warm. The condo was steps away from the beach. All around, a perfect vacation.

We have stayed at this location in the past. We love the location on the lake. We also love the kitchen. Our family likes to cook when we get together. The well laid out, large kitchen was among the reasons we returned to this location. Vince is a great host! The bunk beds squeak some, other than that, perfect!

This is my 3rd time staying here and my experience has been consistently pleasant in terms of the plcae and my communication with Vince. The host is lovely and responsive. The location is perfect. It's a very short walk to Douglas and a short drive to Lake Michigan and downtown Saugatuck. Thanks, Vince!

We wanted a quick getaway over the holiday break and we couldn't have picked a better home. It was clean, comfortable, spacious, had everything we needed including the hot tub that our crazy kids used daily in the below freezing temps and was close to downtown areas. Much to our surprise, there were also fireworks right outside the window on NYE. It was a fun yet relaxing getaway. I would definitely recommend this property to anyone (summer or winter) and will check the availability when we need a break again. Additionally, Vince was very responsive to our questions during our late check-in which was appreciated.

This is the second time we’ve stayed at Vince’s property and both times he’s been a fantastic host. We do this several times a year in Douglas and other locations, and Vince is one of the best hosts we deal with - he responds within 30 minutes, most often less than that. He is extremely accommodating. His property is spotless and everything is well maintained and the location is incredible being convenient to downtown Douglas, downtown Saugatuck, and our favorite part of Lake Michigan, Oval Beach. I’d recommend Vince and this property for anyone locating for relaxation or adventure in Douglas/Saugatuck.

The place was clean, comfortable, cozy and well kept! The yard is big, great for the dogs, and the view of Spring Lake is amazing! We went at Christmas time so we were not able to enjoy the lake but made use of the Hot tub and firepit! The only disappointment was there was no snow😔! We hope to go back in the summer time to enjoy the lake and resort atmosphere!! The hosts, Vince and Nicole, were very attentive and got back to us immediately with any questions we had and we’re extremely helpful. Great Stay !

We had such a great stay for our family’s fall break! The home was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. The location was perfect — close to everything but still peaceful and private. We especially loved the hot tub after a day of exploring! Our host was friendly and responsive, making everything super easy from start to finish.
We’d definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to other families looking for a cozy spot for a fall escape!

Vince’s home was the perfect space for 8 ladies on a women’s retreat weekend. The hot tub and cozy outdoor space were just as pictured and provided ample space for all of us. The kitchen was well equipped and had good room for dining together. Overall, this is a lovely, thoughtful space with great amenities and peaceful surroundings. We all thoroughly enjoyed our stay here!

Our stay at Swing Bridge house was excellent! Leading up to our trip, Vince was very informative and quick to respond to any questions which was much appreciated. The property itself is beautiful and well maintained. Nice, comfortable furniture and a big table for gathering with our family. What impressed us most was all the quality items in the kitchen - hexclad pots and pans, glassware and everything we needed to cook. There isn't a grill due to regulations with the community, but that wasn't an issue. Our kids loved the hot tub, it provided lots of entertainment even on the rainy days! This was our first time exploring Saugatuck/Douglas and we can't wait to get back. All the recommendations given by Vince were on point and much appreciated. Do not hesitate to rent this place!
