Welcome to Swing Bridge House, a brand-new contemporary home built in 2022, designed for comfort and relaxation for up to eight guests. You'll find high-end fixtures and finishes throughout this well-lit and inviting space. Main Level: Open-Concept Living: Experience a bright, open-concept design seamlessly connecting the living room, dining area, and a modern, well-equipped kitchen. The living area features a large sectional sofa, a 65" smart TV with access to HBO Max, Netflix, and Disney+, and a BOSE soundbar for your entertainment. High-speed WiFi is also provided. Gourmet Kitchen: The kitchen boasts high-end stainless steel appliances, a large island, and all the cookware you need for preparing meals. Outdoor Oasis: Step out onto your spacious private deck, complete with comfortable outdoor seating and beautiful views of Kalamazoo Lake and downtown Saugatuck. Enjoy the private hot tub, perfect for four adults, overlooking the lake and marina. Bedrooms & Bathrooms (Sleeps 8): Ground Level Primary Suite: Features a king bed, a private en-suite bathroom, and a 55" smart TV. Upper Level Primary Suite: Offers a king bed, an en-suite bathroom, a walk-in closet, and panoramic lake views. Upper Level Bedroom 3: Furnished with a queen bed. Upper Level Bedroom 4: Includes two twin beds. The home provides a total of three full bathrooms and one convenient half-bath. Extra Amenities: Beach chairs are provided for your trips to the nearby Lake Michigan shore, offering easy lake access.
House Rules
No shoes in house. House is fully stocked, yet bring beach towels, shampoo, conditioner and body wash. Party's are not allowed and guests must observe quiet hours, quiet hours are 10pm to 8am. Garage is not included in the stay and cannot be accessed, if it is accessed, there will be a $500 per day charge. Parking is available for two cars. No pets are allowed per HOA rules. Tesla Level 2 Charger is available for $50. Early Check-in (2 pm) is available for $100. Late Check-out (11 am) is available for $75.

Parking is strictly limited to two vehicles in the driveway. A Tesla Level 2 Charger is available for guest use for an additional fee of $50 per stay. Please inquire if you wish to use it. Early Check-in (2:00 PM) may be available for a $100 fee, subject to availability. Late Check-out (11:00 AM) may be available for a $75 fee, subject to availability. Pets are not allowed per HOA.
